At the age of twenty-six, Chantal Simons, born and raised in the Netherlands, can no longer contain her adventurous spirit. Having seen enough of everyday life, she makes the bold decision to take to the roads of the vast Australian continent on her 250CC motorbike, lovingly known as the ‘Chook Chaser’. Starting her travels in Perth, Chantal heads east in the company of her father. After crossing the Nullarbor together the pair split up and Chantal continues her odyssey alone, riding all the way to Queensland where she temporarily settles down to a life of sun and surf on.
